T&D is certainly a button-pusher for me, but when you combine it with the word "training" my meter is pinned (no, that is not a euphemism, just a metaphor). As easily as the typical male is to control via his pleasure pathways (and knowing he is being controlled that way only heightens the effect)*, I wonder if someone who responds positively to denial would be as "trainable" that way.
